He genuinely loves working with people and guiding them step by step from loan pre-approval through to settlement. He enjoys the challenge of structuring & approving complex loan scenarios as much as he loves taking simple easy to approve loans.
Sameer’s passion for real estate, investing and financial services has compelled him to create a home loan advisory business where mortgage brokers are not only just finding the most suitable loan but works as a project manager for your entire home buying project, helping you to find your dream home sooner.
Sameer began his career in mortgage broking by establishing own mortgage broking firm Finance Guides Pty Ltd in 2011 as a part time mortgage broker while working full time as an accountant. After 4 years of extensive experience, growth & continuous passion in real estate & finance, he decided to pursue full time career in home loan advice business on December 2014 giving birth to SAGE HOME LOANS. Since then he has been working hard & smart to find the solutions for many first home buyers & experienced property investors.
